| "90 out of 100.....The 1997 Shiraz is produced from 25 to 50-year old vines cropped at three tons of fruit per acre. It provides terrific fruit richness, abundant blackberry, pepper, and sweet earthy notions, an intense, full-bodied palate, low acidity, and a mature, complex finish. The easy-going style and big, rich fruit make it delicious for current consumption. It should continue to drink well for 7-10 years." - RP
